Told them I wasn't everything on the sub, this was my first time not receiving vinegar and seasonings. Like everything means everything... literally crazy bad service/ comprehension in Jacksonville

Very unsatisfactory and probably one of the worst Jimmy Johns I have been to in a long while I am the sort of person that hates having to eat fast food or "out". When I do I try to go somewhere with quality fresh, healthy, and tasty food. For this reason I often go to Jimmy Johns. [FOOD] - BREAD: I love Jimmy Johns bread. It's Super fresh, soft and tasty. Unfortunately this restaurants bread was hard, stale, and pretty flavorless. See the video you can hear how hard the bread is as I knock it with my knuckles. Additionally it was really small/thin (see image) - ROAST BEEF: The second reason I love Jimmy Johns. The beef is usually good quality cooked to a slightly rare perfection. The roast beef I got was a bit old looking and overcooked brown (see images). - LETTUCE: Wilted and soggy not crisp and freshly cut. - PEPPER and SALT: The sandwich was overpowered with pepper and salt fully taking over the taste of the sandwich. [SERVICE] No frills here. The part that upset me the most is she took my order and then never asked how I wanted my sandwich. She just took my money then went behind the WALL to make my sandwich. That's right a wall, I could not even see my sandwich being made. By the time the finished product was completed my sandwich was made completely their way (full of Mayo instead of mustard). I would have at least liked to pick the sauce and condiments. [OVERALL] Overall I would have preferred a sandwich at Subway....and that's saying something. The main reason we pay more for Jimmy Johns is the quality of the ingredients, take that away and you may as well go to subway. Don't blame all Jimmy Johns by the quality of this store.

I went into this location one day when there were literally no other customers, but I guess I caught the store manager, Mikhael, on her worse day, because she was absolutely rude and disrespectful. She put took ingredients off my sub after slathering mayo all over the bread and put them back in containers and then reused them. She put uncooked bacon on my sub and begrudgingly threw it on the counter. I emailed guest relations about this experience and I haven't heard anything back, so it looks like she got away with being gross. Usually, good businesses would want to rectify negative experiences customers have, but I guess Jimmy John's isn't one of them. I will never dine at this location ever again, but she'll probably be happy about that and continue to be rude to customers. She's probably rude to her employees too which is why they all look so disgruntled every time you go in to eat.
