904 Tacos Five Points Jacksonville

Holy wow! Best esquite I've ever had! Sat at the bar while waiting for my carry out order and the bartender was super friendly, fast, and overall awesome. They had a 2 for 1 special on a couple kinds of margaritas so I enjoyed those immensely. We got several types of tacos and they were all amazing, as well as the steak quesadilla. We had Chimichurri tacos, taco chicharrn, birria taco, taco al pastor, taco de pollo asado and taco de azada. I couldn't pick a favorite because they were all so good. The outdoor area is covered and perfect this time of the year. Definitely returning again!

Good tacos and great times with friends. Sit outside if you can, their patio area is a good place to drink and eat with friends.

Wanted to share our experience on a group outting. We had just started a bar hopping event with some friends and 904 taco was our first stop. Everything was fine, chips, salsa, one round of margaritas and two appetizers and we were ready to move onto the next location. The bill arrived. We asked if there was any issue in splitting amongst multiple forms of payment and the waiter kindly said no problem. We proceeded to put down $40 in cash and three credit cards for a $75 check. We instructed the server to deduct the cash and then split the rest amongst the cards. The waiter came back and kept our cash and split the bill amongst all three cards, evenly! Gratuity was included in the original bill. They took our cash, then proceeded to add gratuity onto the split bills. I went to ask for the original bill and let the waiter know that he had not followed our instructions He proceeded to have a conversation with a cashier in Spanish in front of me, which luckily I understood, refused to give us the receipt and refused to bring the manager so we could settle this blatant theft and over charging. Please be aware that 904 taco hires thieves. Watch your bills, protect your dollars, 904 will take your money and then act dumb when you call them out. It wasnt a language barrier it was a blatant refusal to be transparent an obvious ploy to pilfer dollars. We wound up, leaving in order to not cause a scene, but in all we spent as much on the pilfered gratuity as we did on the check. This happened 03/28/24 at 6:42pm, our servers name was Pablito. I really hope management see this and makes the necessary changes so that future customers do not get robbed like we did.

The service was terrible. The table was dirty when we sat down. I asked the server multiple times to please clean it. I ended up wiping the table myself. Our food order was wrong for almost everyone. We were not made aware that they automatically add 18% for parties 4 or more. We will never go back. Absolutely horrible.
