The technicians and service department are very professional and meets the customer needs no questions asked. And when you ask a question over the phone if they dont have an answer they will find someone immediately that will get an answer for you.

Terrible service. I had a camera system installed around 1 year ago. I have been trying since the installation to have them come out and show me how to work it and install the app on my phone. They simply say that they showed me how to work it when it was installed. That is not true as I was traveling at the time (its at a business). Long story short, I paid for a camera system that I do not know how to work. I was able to get the owner, Harvey, on the phone a few months back and he said he agreed with me and they would come out and get everything working for me. He said he would call me back in a couple days. Since that time, I have left him messages almost weekly, and have even had emails sent to him by his staff that answers the phone. All to no avail. I do not leave poor reviews when they are not warranted as I am a small business owner and know how poor reviews can effect a small business. With that being said, I would never use ESI again. Especially since the owner knows about my issue and wont even respond to me when he said he would.
