        Would be a 5/5 because firehouse has the best subs EVER and I will die on this hill. HOWEVER this is my hometown location and just came back and disappointed in the bathroom, looks like it hasnt been cleaned it days, black lines in the toilet and not a single piece of toilet paper.

        Employees are definitely minimalists. If someone pays for an online order maybe put the cup in the bag. Simplify things, especially in the busiest plaza ever. Maybe next time I'll get the drink. Won't be from this one though.

        Firehouse is my favorite sandwich chain. This particular location is no different. Hats off to the crew that shows up to work, works their butts off, and provides good service despite some of the rude customers. You all are appreciated.
