I am a former employee of Arby's in Jacksonville & I frequently visit Arby's in various locations & typically love it. Arby's is my favorite restaurant because I typically feel comfortable there I'm transgender and normally I'm feminine and I get a lot of hatred and prejudice & discrimination my way. I was in the RVs at this location listed above 13696 Beach Boulevard the other day I had just spent $12 on food every time I'm in there I always buy something and typically if I'm there for a longer period of time charging my devices I will buy numerous items throughout the night I live in a camper van that is currently down I'm in the process of fixing it and moving to St Augustine so I don't have power in my camper van so I have to come and charge my devices so that I can work I'm an investor I work online I learn things and I typically feel comfortable and relax in Arby's. I was in Arby's the other day with another man I met in Target we walked over and I had a car from Target with some items in it that I had purchased and I came over with him and he had a bike and I offered to buy him some money because he was helping me to fix my camper van and get it running so that we could go out of town and get work he works at a local Winn-Dixie well the manager Misti came and was extremely rude told us that we had to move the target cart and then when I pushed the Target card away from the store she kicked us out I had just spent $12 there I spend money there almost every single day. She was rudel, insulting & obnoxious. We were just about to leave anyway. I'm a veteran & exercise my right to free speech.

We just walked in. One man was asking for his money back. The other man said he had been there 26 minutes. We stood there for about 4 to 5 minutes waiting to even be addressed. The man in front of us also asked for a refund. The girl at the register was scratching her ear and side of her face. 5 clueless people who have no clue what they are doing. Obviously no manager there. We just walked out Absolutely pathethic customer service. Arbys has always been my favorite fast food but the help is really lacking. We are at Freddy's hamburgers a few doors down. I would advise arbys just to shut the doors at that location. Youare losing a lot of business!

The king Hawaiian turkey bacon sandwich I ordered comes warmed in the microwave to melt the cheese and heat up the cold turkey, they didnt even bother heating it up, it was ice cold. My mozzarella sticks were cold and missing the marinara sauce, my jalapeo bites were cold and missing the bronco berry sauce. Ive never been so disappointed by Arbys, I rarely ever go anymore, but it was my first job many years ago so its sad to see the lack of pride or care they had in making my food. Wont be back sadly.

When we got back home our entire order was wrong and when I went back to show them my receipt with the items in the bag I was told they were closing. I definitely would not ever recommend coming to this Arbys if youre looking for a good fast food carry out dinner.
