Didnt really like working out but wanted to lose weight. Christina helped me out and now Im back in the gym to tone up! This place is great!

Where to begin? Alpha Clinic, specifically Christina, have been game changers for me. As a now 56 year old woman of Italian/Lebanese decent, I have struggled with getting over the hump of weight loss for years. I've hired personal trainers, been diligent at the gym 6 days a week, eaten what I've believed to be as healthy as possible - very little impact. This was the kickstart I needed to get back to the healthiest I've been in over 25 years. It's not just about getting a shot from a reputable and trustworthy clinic and practitioner, it's the education of diet, support she gives, encouragement, and reminders to listen to your body. Christinia has guided me through this journey and I can't say enough about how much I appreciate her and Alpha Clinic. I have them both to thank for my level of self-confidence, happiness and hotness...lol. Love, love love!
