MEDICAL SERVICE IS GREAT, CALLING THEIR OFFICE IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF LIFE. NO ONE ANSWERS!!!!!!!

Unfortunately I did not have a pleasant first experience with the front office team. One, the office was closed and not opened when I arrived for my morning appointment. After 15 minutes of waiting, not one of the team members arriving late greeted/acknowledged nor said good morning to any of the patients waiting to be seen that morning (there were three of us standing outside the elevators waiting to get inside the suite).They all came in very aloof! Then, once the woman came to the check in counter (after greeting and chit chatting with the other woman) She says to the patients Im ready for whoever was first; yall know the order of who was first. So, I walk up to check in and pay my co- pay (still no greeting besides what is you last name). After all of this waiting, and the whole announcement about who was first etcetera, I was not called first and another patient who had arrived after me was called back. The woman did tell the other co-worker she made a mistake and gave her the wrong name and the other woman says Oh, its okay; Ill be quick without even acknowledging me to ask if it was okay for her to skip over me when I was waiting since 7:45a to be seen for an 8a appointment. So, after this I was livid and held my composure and around 8:25a I asked for the young lady to cancel my appointment. Their actions were very inconsiderate, thoughtless, lacked empathy and was not customer friendly. Please work on and improve patient care and support in the front office. Time is precious.

BG has a welcoming environment and kind staff. The office is clean, nicely decorated, and has a nice view.

Dr.Rehan Naseemuddin and his assistant are a great team. They both explained everything that I needed to know about my health.Great bed side manner, and professional. I will give them 10 starts but do not have that option

Dr. Wilson addressed every question and concern I had before and after the procedure. She is knowledgeable and confident, making me feel well-informed and secure in preparation and in follow up.
