After a public defender and a laywer both lost our cases. I discovered Rick and read about his great work. When hiring him, I though he has just going to be like the rest of the laywers and take our money and basically dont care. BUT I was wrong. Rick was very caring. Replies to questions as quick as possible. He won our appeal. He made transition easy and now we are waiting on resentencing. Not only has Rick helped in the case of my husband but he has helped bring hope back to me. Thanks for not being a typical laywer and actually caring.

Words can never express the gratitude we have for Rick & Susanne Sichta. After several previous court decisions ended in denials, Rick & Susanne worked tirelessly on our daughters appeal, finally ending with our daughter's case being overturned and sent back to the court for re-sentencing.
