The fabulous team at Ross garden design, we designed and installed our entire yard and it looks wonderful! The neighbors cannot believe how lovely it looks. The team is knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly to work with!

Do not waste your time or money with this place. The owner is completely unprofessional and only cares about the money and not the quality of the job you are paying for or like she claims she wants too. She didnt provide all the things she said in the contract she does and didnt even care about it when I reached out to her to discuss it and a few other minor issues. She clearly doesnt care about her brand or the end result of the project she is getting paid a lot of money for it, the entire project was over 80k so you would expect to get your moneys worth but said she was incredibly unprofessional and brushed me off like I didnt matter to her and talked down to me because Im young enough to be her own childrens age which is never acceptable or appropriate. Sad part is the design they made, plants they picked, walkway ideas and more was amazing and looks beautiful but not worth the money, hassle or the attitude the owner has especially when she doesnt follow through with her own contract agreements she made up, she breached her own contract. For someone who is so highly regarded and has all these achievements and awards, its surprising to see how poor her customer service is. Mom and pop businesses are known for their customer service, guess she missed that major key lesson. I would not recommend them even more after learning the company they use are not licensed and insured but they claim to be. That screams volumes.
