Recently tried to purchase a few things. Horrible store and customer service. Avoid this store at all costs. It seems like a scammy store. Multiple reviews recently are true and the store seems to be going down hill.

KAREN ALERT - Jesse stands for Karen aka Floridaman Karen - I would avoid Jesse and this company. Very impatient seller and will scam you by trying to remove you from groups. I would avoid this grey market company and do not work with Jesse. If youre this impatient and childish no one should be doing business with you. Lack of respect and doesnt understand that family should come first. When you have a family emergency and this scammer of a grey dealer will do anything to scam you. Run from this company! All other reviews are from bots! Responses to reply I was not clearly active and was committed to looking at the watch once it arrived as Jesse didnt have a clear understanding of the condition until received. Jesses only form of communication was Facebook messenger and not phone. I was not active for 2 days as my son was in the hospital. Once again very unprofessional dealer and I would highly recommend not to do business with an individual like this. This is why aftermarket dealers get a bad name because of companies and sellers like Jesse. In addition - the watch was supposed to arrive Tuesday and I reached out Wednesday. This is all documented in our messages. Giving someone less than a day to respond is unprofessional. People stay clear of this dealer I can share all communications and proof of this. Giving someone a day plus a family emergency going on at the same time is uncalled for. I decided not to move forward as you went crazy and have access to delete people. This is a true scammer - Beware - if it isnt Jesses way you will be scammed Cheers

Very unprofessional. Answered the phone with just a "hello" instead of announcing the businesses name. Also know nothing about Invicta watches, and also quoted the price of $30 for a single battery. That price is asinine. I really do not see why this place was rated so highly. Now you have show to me that you have no integrity by saying that you indeed did identify yourself to cover yourself and now I am NOT changing my review and I am doubling down on not wanting anything to do with you. I especially do not deal with companies that deal in untruths. With just one phone call I see that you are in the same category with shady dealers like Walmart. If you had admitted to your error I MIGHT have been willing to change my review.
