They deserve 6 stars! Shout out to Kayla. I recently redo heirloom diamond pendant into a ring, and the experience was over the roof. In that particular day, i have been asking around some other famous shop in jax and no good news so far. But then Vicci was very helpful, and Kayla made my day so much better when i got there holding my last straw. Now i am wearing beautiful ring with huge smile on my face. I wish their business would grow larger with happiness and smiles. Nice customer service, competitive pricing, excellent craftmanship, and oh wait Asian approved :)
