I went to the bank just before closing on 4/26/2022... The employees were to lazy to open a new account..Very Disappointed !!

I had a appointment for 9am and it was a no fuss in and out with Brian who is the best so 5 stars just for him. Lakeforest branch.

Every since the very first day I opened my account with Wells Fargo they have always been there letting me know that it's my money and that they care so much . If I have any problems they let me know that I matter. Thank you all so much for y'all hard work.

Had a 9 appointment with a three-minute delay in arrival timeand they sent me to wait we waited for an hour with my daughter who is 5 and there were at least one or three other people that went before us without appointments. and we're told several times that we were going to be helped with in 5 minutesthat never happened we give them for chances with the five minute weights we waited for a whole hour but a man who walked in with us was helped without an appointment was taken care of by the manager.super unprofessional
