Our company has changed commercial and benefit brokers twice in the past three years in search of excellent communication, service, and accountability. We found it with CWP! They brought new ideas and creativity to help us provide affordable full-coverage offerings to our employees. They successfully implemented digital/online enrollment and provided dedicated specialists available to answer individual questions. They resolve any issues quickly, put plans in place to prevent similar future issues, and are in constant communication with progress and updates. It's been a refreshing and encouraging experience. We recently placed a Naval Warship in downtown Jacksonville under a City Ordinance. The City insurance requirements in the Ordinance were out of the ordinary including coverage for volunteers and employees, various liabilities, and routine business insurance. Our CW Powell broker Vince Ellinor worked tirelessly with the Jacksonville Downtown Investment Authority to satisfy all the insurance to meet the City's Ordinance (the effort took over 2 months) . The Jax Naval Museum and USS Orleck are extremely grateful for the communications and explanations this effort demanded. Well done Vince (and Luke too)!
