Rude customer service. Called for a quote then got a text message saying Im on the other line so provide information via text and from an entirely different number where they wanted me to provide my information. With how the economy is nobody wants to provide personal details via text. The guy basically said well the text has our company name but how many times do we enter our contact details for a quote and several companies respond within minutes. He was inpatient. I said no thank you and have a great day sir and he did not care. Makes me not want to put my trust in the company. I only called because I said cheaper rates and 4.7 stars

My husband and I have been using Vitaly as an insurance agent for the last 2 years now and we could not be more grateful for his help. My mom actually recommended him to us. Contacted them with a last minute dead line to get an auto policy. The representative Vitaly Kovalenko was able to get me auto insurance coverage in less than 1 hour at a very affordable rate. Service couldnt have gotten better. Great experience
