Edit to change rating: fast reply and sign is up. We were unaware they were closed before Thanksgiving which is why we went. They were great when we went before and we are addicted to their frozen custard so we look foward to having it again! Happy Thanksgiving, Ritas! Original: Went to get some dessert with a friend at 6:10 pm on a Monday (yesterday) and they have a sign saying theyre open until 8pm. Lights are off and doors locked. The phone number on their google page isnt even registered! If theyre going to close early, they should give people some notice like a note or at least update the phone number to one where people can actually call the store. Thatd be nicer!

The staff have been friendly and efficient each visit. I felt bad for them when they struggled with a splattering machine one night, and of course it was vanilla, the most common flavor needed for most orders.

Italian Ice is so flavorful and the frozen Custard is soft, creamy and delicious.
