The TRU is my go to hotel when Iam traveling,but this time I was appalled by the lack of hospitality for the breakfast attendant. The continental breakfast attendant is very rude. I was lifting the lid for eggs and sausage she came directly in front of me , said excuse me and took the pans that had enough servings for 4 guest. No one was behind me or no line.Which had me waiting with no notice of stating I'm replenishing the pans until she came back with full pans. She continuously in the way of stocking items while guest are trying to fix their breakfast. When she should let some items die down when guest flow is slow then replenish items. No customer service skills whatsoever. She moves like she is on a drug substance which is very weird to guest. Soon as a guest comes to the bar she comes up with a towel and bottle of chemical cleaner. Let the guest enjoy the continental bar before she comes like she is shutting it down every 10 to 15minutes...unlike other hotels continental breakfast.
My room was great as always...

Excellent hotel and staff. Convenient location with major grocery and restaurants next door. Very quiet and clean. Staff is very nice and cordial. Not sure why folks on Priceline give it an 8+ with 2.5 stars????
Its easily an 8+ and 4 plus stars. Enjoy your stay.
I do agree that the gentleman that runs the breakfast is gruff. He gives his 2cent opinion when not asked. He scolded a kid about spilling milk by the pancake machine. Told the kid he should open the milk at the table then pour onto the cereal. Hes right but his approach so all could hear is wrong.
