I was recommended to go through these guys by our realtor because we were moving cross country and didnt know who to use for insurance. From day one they have been a pain to deal with. It is literally impossible to speak to anyone at this office, and getting responses through email usually take days. Quotes for anything are done through an email, they just send you a quote or two and you either like it or not. Seems a bit sketch as they can just sign you up for whoever gives them a bigger kickback, not actually saving you any money. There are better choices out there for insurance.

Don't waste your time as they're worthless in my opinion. Talks alot but does nothing. Justin Thompson never returned phone messages or emails. Shop elsewhere for your quotes as there are some great agents in Jax.
