This is a wonderful agency. My mother has been well taken care of by more than one home health aide and they both were amazing. They communicate often and are always checking in to see how things are going with their client. Their willingness to also include me in the communication process is admirable and unlike any other home health agency we've worked with. The intake is painless and they answer all our questions with ease. Every health aide that has been sent to care for my mother has been ready to work and willing to do everything above and beyond, but also within reason of the job description. My family and I are really please with Capstone health and cannot recommend a better home health agency. The owner is responsive when you call and handles all incidents with care and speed. If you have a loved one that is able to be at home and needs a little help with bathing and the like, do not hesitate to hire Capstone. It is well worth it!
