Cornerstone Caregiving

So this is my experience working with cornerstone. I work there for a short time before I found out I had a tumor in my brain. I should have put my two weeks in but I called Michelle and I asked her if she wanted me to put In my two weeks or work until I couldnt work anymore. She said dont worry about putting your two weeks in. I didnt think of this before but Im sure its because they did not want me to get unemployment. Which I did not. I called to let them know that I would not be working that my surgery was coming up. They kept texting and acting like I was I was a no show. I was about to get surgery on my brain. I called her when I started feeling better and I let her know the surgery was done, and Id like to come back to work if they had a position. She said I was a no-Call no-show. I dont know why I didnt realize what was going on but always put your two weeks in. Your word doesnt matter anymore. This is on me, but I hope it could help somebody in the future.

My experience with Cornerstone Caregiving was nothing less than exemplary! Even through my unique situation that was certainly challenging, they provided the most excellent care. Their 24/7 service proved to be accurate and efficient. They quickly resolved any issues or concerns with professionalism and compassion. From the moment I met Bonnie Bedenbaugh, the operating director, I knew my family was in great hands. She continuously went above and beyond to help in any way possible and took such a burden off of my shoulders. Additionally, the entire staff was incredibly attentive and kind-hearted. Cornerstone Caregiving exceeded my expectations. I cannot imagine how I would have felt without having them to walk with me through some of the most difficult days of my life, and I cannot recommend them enough!
