Coram CVS/specialty Infusion Services

Coram and their employees have been great. I had a pic line for 6 weeks aftrt being discharged from the hospital. They would call me to see what supplies I needed and the shipments have been punctual. My home health care nurse Gloria was awesome. Explained everything, always on time and very caring. Im happy my treatments are ending but I will miss her. Such a sweet lady

I was referred to Corum for IV antibiotics for a period of several weeks. I lost my Part D for a period of time so became private pay. I was told by Corum my medication would be much less than I was billed for on different occasions. We received a final bill for over $11,000 and Corum would not negotiate a lower amount. We made monthly payments of approximately $200 a month, however we were sent to a collection agency without prior notification. This company has no mercy and bills that were sent to us made no sense and were not clear. I had to have another round of IV antibiotics and we used another company who billed my Part B and we did not receive a bill at all for the same IVs and same amount of time. Dr. Gary Buffone

I have been on infusion over treatment on and off since June 2021. I had an infection in my shoulder from rotator surgery. The nurse that came to take care of my line was amazing. She was so through and caring. The second time that I need care, I asked for her. She is a great asset to your company.

I was prescribed IV infusions here and called to ask for pricing. I was told it would be $16/a week, and asked for further clarification that this would include IV fluids and the nurse- they stated it did. This seemed too low, so I asked to talk to a supervisor to verify. She did verify that the information given to me was supposedly correct. Well, it was not and now I owe close to $500 for 3-4 weeks of use. I tried appealing it with my insurance and they lied to my insurance company and said it didn't happen, so now I can't even get insurance to cover it. Then I was threatened with collections by their billing company. I seriously cannot afford this. Thanks a ton, Coram.
