        Price was reasonable but the deposit was 50% and my homeowners warned me that it should not be more than my deductible or 30% of the estimate. I felt a bit uneasy that the owner kept checking to see if my homeowners ins had approved his estimate which was not detailed to actual square footage.

        Replaced odd sized very old aluminum framed sliding door with French door and doggy door. He custom built frame and made everything fit beautifully. Love the results!!
