When I first walked into the salon I was greeted with a fresh smile and offered a drink and a snack and was immediately made comfortable. I just moved to Jacksonville and I was really hesitant about allowing somebody to touch my hair but honey did an amazing job and I put my confidence in her And that something I did not regret she did a beautiful Job. They communicated with me thoroughly on my expectations and the results I was expecting and I am very very very happy and content and now she will never be able to get rid of me thank you honey in April for the good service and quality work. Hands down this is the best salon Ive ever been to and trust me Ive been to quite a few! The entire staff is efficient, professional and friendly and i always feel like a VIP customer when I walk through the doors! The BEST salon Ive ever been to! I had a silk press, steam treatment, & layers done and miss April brought my hair back to LIFE. I was blown away by the customer service and how good my hair came out. I loved that she really took her time and explained everything she was doing and how to care for my hair. My first experience was phenomenal. April gave such a warm welcome. And Jamee followed with a warm welcome as well. I just relocated to Jax and was nervous about finding a loctician that specifically does interlocking method retwist. Jamee was great, took her time, and was so hospitable throughout. So grateful for the referral from my friend. Highly recommend, and look forward to returning. :)
