So many clues for me to walk out. I should have left because now, every time I do my hair I get angry about it. She blunt cut my hair much shorter than I requested when it was DRY. Never in my life has anyone cut my hair dry, unless it was the neighbor kid when I was 3. If I'm requesting the smallest trim because I'm growing my hair out, why would you blunt cut 2 inches off of it, ignoring the layers?! Then she told me $30 for the hair cut $70 for the style. She didn't do my hair, she put it in rollers and sat me under the dryer before the cut. Which I didn't request and didn't do anything for my hair because my hair isn't curly. My first clue was when I called, there was no greeting, just a silent answering of the phone. I didn't even know if I had a business. My second clue was that she said she had availability and didn't take appointments. When I got there of course it was just her and I waited for awhile.

I was a walk in, No wait! The shampoo service was heaven! This was my first time getting a Dominican blowout I was looking for to the rollers but she used a flat iron instead. But it was my fault for not specifying but my hair turn out good regardless

I live 60 or miles away. I was asked to send a video of my hair, because I explained that my hair was very short. Sent video. The stylist said that she could do my hair. I rushed and got to the salon, only for the stylist(after looking at my hair)to tell me that she couldn't do my hair like I wanted because my hair was to short in the back. I responded that I sent you a video. She said that she couldn't see it that well. I spent hours in Jacksonville, fl, trying to find a salon that takes walk-ins. Nothing. I was very disappointed in what happened to me. Thanks!
