I tried reaching this establishment for over a week. I received texts stating she will get back with me but I never heard anything. This is a sign of poor customer service unprofessionalizm and carelessness..I will not do any business here.

I saw Michele about 2 weeks ago for a keratin treatment, and to sum it up, it was the greatest pleasure being a guest in her chair! Not only was the service and results from it absolutely perfect but she was also great company through that process. She is one of the first hairdressers I've had truly educate me on the ingredients in products and what's actually necessary for naturally curly hair like my own. I highly recommend her, especially to the curly haired gals like myself. I look forward to visiting her again!
