I recommended this beauitful and relaxing salon. Aime was my stylist she did great job highlighting my hair and she is so kind. the owner carlos also is so friendly.

Ms Gayle again is the BEST IN THE SHOP! Let's start with that. Was so humbley grateful she was able to squeeze me in. However so displeased by the customer service I received by the owner and the receptionist. Receptionist told me my cut was 65 I gave my hair stylist a $50.00 tip. Then the receptionist told me I will pay her 60.00 (the receptionist)as well for her tip for her babysitter and the owner was cool with that. I was most definitely taken advantage you don't deal business this way. Never did I get an apology from the owner Carlos....still waiting for one but instead he tells me to find another shop. Wow I'm beyond shocked after I spent $170.00 on a haircut smh never will I EVER come back to this shop ever again! Did I mention the owner still didn't apologize for his receptionist unprofessional behavior to me the customer but instead the owner condones her behavior on getting extra money out of their customers. Smh. But again, the owner tells me to find another shop. So distasteful. Good customer service is sooooo very hard to find. And I definitely did not get it at this shop.

I really enjoy visiting this Salon. The environment is relaxing and welcoming. If youre looking for a talented hairstylist, you should ask for Larisa. She makes my hair look great every single visit.
