        Had third sunroom in 15 years installed 11/2020 by Lifetime. Had to come back out in 2 weeks to repair leaks. Hurricane Ian caused more severe leaks. Lifetime repaired again. This time there was mold damage and we we had to spend almost $5000 for mold remediation. We requested assistance from Lifetime and were totally ignored. Called numerous times and were told their attorney was looking into it. Never heard anything from them. About 6-8weeks ago had an attorney notify them by letter asking for assistance. STILL no response. We are totally disappointed with the service and lack of understanding from a company we have done business with for over 15 years and were very happy with. What happened guys?

        One of the absolute worst companies I have ever dealt with in my life. Their installers that installed or $23,000 patio. Could not even read the plans and started building it totally different. It was just an absolute nightmare trying to get them to even give me a start date and just kept putting me off. Buyer beware please stay clear of this company.

        We recently had vinyl windows installed on our screened porch which continually got wet from wind blown rain. Installer, William, arrived on time and went to work. He had everything he needed and completed the project just as we had ordered. Did a great clean up and we are very happy with our new porch. This company is good and I highly recommend them to you.
