These people drug me through these steps for hire. Not only did they drag me through each step I had to call to move forward to the next including the initial interview. Very unprofessional for a company that claims to be super professional. I have been out of work for a month waiting on these folks only because I told the manager I wouldn't let him down. I am a skilled carpenter who was a lead man for a company who does the exact same thing for the exact same contracts. The only difference I see is they have machines to do everything as to doing everything by hand as I was accustomed to doing. I finally called them today for them to say I didn't pass a background. If you have what it takes to be a carpenter well this is not the place for you because you have to pass a background check that is similar to one that a law enforcement officer has to take. We're building houses people not baring arms . Ps I am still waiting for the email saying I did not pass the background. I called to get that information that they knew about yesterday.
