Requested a temp teacher for 2 days at my center. I called and Kim stated she's only been there 2 weeks and didn't know how to do her job. She would email Candice in California, who would get back in touch. Told me not to expect a call before noon. (No worries I get the time difference!) Noon came and went. I called Kim back at 1pm, 2pm and finally she answered but was shocked to hear no one had reached out. I called California and Candice answered. She emails me the necessary paperwork, to which I fill out immediately. Candice states I will get a phone call from someone letting me know if someone is available. Here's the problems: your website states call at 6 am and we'll have a teacher to you by 9AM. (Definitely not true advertising!) The paperwork requires 24 hour notice for cancelling, however, Oliver calls me at 10 PM to inform me the temp teacher cancelled., sorry! Unacceptable business practice! If you're a temp agency without temp teachers and clearly not enough staff in the offices because no one calls back in a timely manner...you should NOT BE IN BUSINESS!!! AWFUL!!!
