This place is no help. They act like they are giving you a choice. That's not true. They are just trying to fill positions. If it doesn't work out at the job then they don't want anything else to do with you. Why have a staffing agency if you don't genuinely care about the employees?

Awesome communication, reliable, and quick to answer back! Michelle Sutton is amazing and I recommend anyone looking for employment to get in to contact with her. She has been patient, encouraging, persistent, and easily accessible for any questions or concerns. I gave her a list of accommodations and she found a job that fit my requirements. She was also quick to find me new work once my first assignment ended. 10/10 would recommend this recruiter.

Not a good experience here. I met with the recruiter a week ago, and it seems that the only reason I even got a response back was because I called them to check the statuses on some submissions that Michelle claimed she would submit me for. Otherwise, I probably would've never heard a peep from anyone. The jobs that Michelle did text me, she provided no other information past the company names. Even then, one of the companies I couldn't find any information for because she gave me the wrong name. Her total lack of response to my questions is completely rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. I literally texted Michelle to ask what the roles and pay rates would be, and she never responded. Seriously? Why would I waste my time and gas for interviews that I have no idea what I'm even interviewing for? Or being paid? This type of treatment makes me believe that these agencies don't really care about the person and that we're nothing more than names and numbers in their system. Update: Oh, please, get a clue.. Michelle couldn't show decency and respond back to some basic questions, but I'm in the wrong because I decided to match her energy? Really? But my oh my, she conveniently had my number handy to call me about if I was attending a blind interview, that she, willingly, provided no information about whatsoever. Just like I thought, this poor excuse of an office is so used to people being desperate for work and accepting anything. A name and a number in their system, just like I said. All you care about is getting your commission. Stop treating people with disrespect, and maybe it won't come back to you. I'm not that hard up for work.
