I planned on using them to see what opportunities they might have for me. That was until I gave them a call and got an automated response and was asked to leave a message. What separates you from LinkedIn or other exclusively online services? It doesn't seem like personal connection is a priority.

This is not a post for their staffing side but working directly for the company. I wanted a change in my life after a long and tiresome logistics career. Really liked what they sold me in the beginning, but after the "training" if you can call it that, they threw some really escalated accounts that came mostly from people that quit. Chaotic company, young and inexperienced management with unreal expectations. Fake and forced culture, I personally felt discriminated against.

Vary shady company originally promised me 3 an hour to leave my company that I had been at for several years once I put in my 2 week notice they called me back and said the new company only agreed on a 50 cent increase so I left for a new company anyways since I really liked them once it was time to move to them permanently they had no plans on paying me what I was promised and told me they had no idea what TEK systems was paying me after I was told by TEKsystems that the company wanted to afford to keep me and that was the best rate they could offer so after deliberating and working things out with the new company at the end Im now working for the new company at the SAME pay rate I left the other one with and driving further add to this the constant phone tag to reach someone and constantly having to call corporate to have them make my handler call me back and 2 lates paychecks and one missing altogether and on top of all that the person you deal with is not the same one your new company deals with Adding to the confusion of this whole cluster of a transition I would recommend you steer clear of any sweet deals from this place!
