        I absolutely love Erin Hector. I think she does an amazing job. Heres where the problem lies.the office staff. They never smile, are not friendly, and dont make eye contact with you when speaking. The other issue I have is that this office is 0 for 3 in calling me when test results have come in. Having had melanoma in my life, when I have something biopsied, I expect a phone call whether it comes back as nothing or something more serious. And even after expressing this to Erin and her making a note in my file for the front desk people to call me - it still has never happened.

        I came in to get some skin tags on my neck looked at thinking it would be costly and it would take several sessions and boy was I wrong I went in at 3:55 and was back in my car by 4:11, all skin tags removed painlessly, and less than a $100. It was incredible. I am now looking at what other services they provide.
