        We called yesterday to book an appointment for a procedure and were told that they accept our insurance and could get my wife in for said procedure today. She arrived -- they do not in fact take our insurance, and don't even offer the procedure she needed, and then charged $160... and then they blamed it on their 'call center staff.' Complete waste of time.
