        Absolutely horrible! They set me up w/a treatment plan that included prescriptions I clearly told them I didnt want & coded me for a debribement that the Dentist said I didnt need which out of pocket & along w/my insurance wouldve cost almost $500. How I found out was the insurance company called me to let me know the code was didnt match the services & they needed to change it. I called Aspen ti get the prescriptions off & the correct code in but they said they wouldnt change it!

        From the time I walked in to the time I left and then the phone call - was nothing short of them trying to upsale the visit, went in with a upper plate with two broken teeth, didn't need a x-ray, didn't need an exam and then I was told that the Lady that fixes the dentures doesn't come in till 9:00am, they set my appointment at 7:30, then they want me to come back and do an impression, the plate is the impression!!! In short I will not be recommending this place to anyone period!!!!!!

        Staff was amazing and made me feel comfortable. I never once felt self conscious, at all, during the appointment and they made sure I understood everything that needed to be done. Best experience Ive had at a dentist office.
