        No one ever answers the phone or calls to return an appointment. I've tried for a month. How is this place rated so high? Only reason I keep trying is because this is one of the few places that accepts my insurance.

        First time visit due to change in insurance. 9:30 appointment but not seen until 10:15. Dental exam was very brief, but did get me in for cleaning after telling me one had not been scheduled. Staff was very nice. Facility was very cold temperature wise with an 'industrial feel'.
