The doctors and the technicians were at the office the day after thanksgiving, I am so happy they were there for me .I would recommend Aspen dental because they tighten up my one implant so I could eat. Doctor Booth saw it was done by them years ago, and they honored the work and didn't charge me.Christmas is here, Thank you Aspen dental Donald Thomas

I made an appointment 3 days ago. I turned up today on time and was told by the rude receptionist that they canceled my appointment because I did not confirm it. I explained I only made it 3 days ago, so I assume it was confirmed. I was not offered another appointment even though they have openings on their website. Awful way to treat patients.

Dont waste your time with this place. Made an appointment three days ago, drove all the way there for my appointment only to be told they cancelled my appointment because I didnt respond to one of their confirmation calls. I made the appointment three days ago??? My plans werent going to change within three days. And the crazy thing is they are supposed to accept Walk-ins too??? And the front desk person is not helpful at all Please dont waste your time

One of the worst experience with this Dental office. First appointment ; made to wait for an hour just to be informed that they are short staff & to come back at later day. 2nd appointment on 11/21 at 10 am; waited 45 mins outside and after follow up, made me sit inside saying doctor would be in 5 mins by Mandy but nobody showed up for another 45 mins. I got up and asked for refund of my co pay amount and to which Mandy said it would be adjusted against next visit. She also said I have to pay 60% deposit for my cleaning in advance because patients doesnt show up. I said I have showed up twice and what about my time and if I would be compensated to which she said no, this is our company policy. Horrible customer service and Manager Mandy. Dont go here ! You will waste your time and money. They still owe me my co pay amount.
