These guys scammed me of my money. They told me my insurance will cover me for deep cleaning but later found out my plan does not. Do NOT trust these guys. They contacted me a year later about this procedure.

Well, I've been on my first visit there. Everyone was absolutely awesome, very knowledgeable. Definitely have a 100% trust in them. And I would recommend them to everybody. OK second visit clean root canal from a leaking bridge put In a year and a half ago by a terrible dentist, excellent job. These folks are the best at what they do. They truly want the best for their paients. Kind and caring. Part 3 on my final visit when they put my bridges in. They also extracted an old molar in the back, pretty much painless.

If I could give zero, I would!!! Midtown Dental on St. Johns Bluff Rd will leave you feeling abandoned and in excruciating pain! Thankfully, I went to the hospital today (Day six) and received meds) I went for a wisdom tooth extraction. I walked in and had it done. I thought all was well. I waited, paid, and left but turned back around, confused, wondering where the care sheet and meds were. I asked, and she said You dont need any. If you feel pain, take 600mg of Tylenol. It was bizarre because the group who worked there two years ago handled me differently; I received gauze, a care sheet, prescriptions, and even a number for emergencies. Well anyway, I suffered for six days!!!!!!! No meds, taking Motrin and Tylenol like candy and using topical Orajel. There is no way on earth this is Normal, and afraid of overdosing, I finally went to the hospital. Why???? Oh, because though Midtown Dental advertises as open on Mondays, they are closed. I drove immediately after dropping my kids off at school to realize they were closed. I called six times and left a voicemail. Never again! Will I go back! Baptist Medical was stunned that this doctor would allow me to leave without prescribing anything, not even amoxicillin. Ive never in my life ever had to champion through unbearable pain like this! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place, and that woman should NOT be allowed to practice that way.

I can't, in good consciousness, leave a negative review for St. John's Bluff Midtown Dental bc of one of their employee's unfortunate decisions & actions. I spoke w/Ashley from Midtown Dental, & she graciously apologized for my wife & I's recent issue. Then Ashley took the time to verify our insurance is taken at Midtown Dental facilities', recently a new DMD began working at St. John's Bluff Midtown Dental that DMD hasn't been updated w/our insurance provider and the issue. Ashley, also, offered to schedule us 2 new appointments at the St. John's Bluff location or another location w/a DMD already in network to ensure no more issues. Thank you Ashley. Your time, consideration and sweet personality are rare and greatly appreciated. Thank you YOU CAN'T MAKE THIS STUFF UP... MY WIFE & I HAD APPOINTMENTS for 2 weeks w/MIDTOWN DENTAL & Naomi just called 90min before our appointments & said they don't take our insurance. My wife's issue is now an an emergency. Naomi said she called our Ins. Co., just hung up the phone w/them & and they don't take our insurance or HMOs. I called my Ins. Co. and three-way them in bc we don't have HMO's!! MIDTOWN DENTAL is IN NETWORK (LIE #1) Our insurance is an EPO (not a HMO & LIE #2) Naomi didn't even try to call our Ins. Co. (LIE #3) See picts below. Good customer service is gone forever!! :(((
