It's my first appointment at St. John's Smile Care and it was a great experience. The office is very clean and staffs are friendly. I super like the hygienist who helped me, Mary Ann. She is very gentel and professional.

I have absolutely been to this this office to personally see Dr. Drew DaCunha. Nice try though. I feel its important to finally post this review to save people from the pain and expense Ive endured the last two years from letting this guy perform a terrible bite adjustment on me. This is by far the WORST experience I have ever had at a dental office or with any health professional period. I should sue him and file a complaint against him. I suggest you go to Blue Sky Dental instead of this place. They are kind, compassionate, competent and actually care! They are helping me get through this mess and recognized the problems immediately. This dentist basically haphazardly and aggressively grinded my perfectly healthy, beautiful teeth. I could not chew for months and they are sensitive from the missing enamel (surprisingly he does not understand missing enamel equals sensitivityeven I know that). Then he told me his teeth only touch in the front too (oh, did you do your own bite adjustment?) and told me to simply squeeze harder when biting down. Really?? He did not seem to care when I expressed my concerns and seemed annoyed and perplexed by my issues. Then he suggested veneers, however, he grinded the back of my front teeth. Veneers only cover the front, so it would not fix the severe and constant sensitivity. It is strange to me that he would not understand that basic concept. He disputes this, but we discussed the veneers over the phone, so there is no record of this. This is precisely why I only correspond with him over email now. I am hoping this was not an attempt to get more money out of me. Be careful here and consider someone else who is honest and competent with integrity and knowledge. My treatment and the outcome of this is shameful. I will never forget this and will pay for this for the rest of my life! DO NOT GO HERE!
