Now wonder why there is only 3 starts. They try to take your money from every possible way. There is no emphaty for the customer. Horrible service.

I came to Dr. DeLucia after visiting a dentist office that lied, tried to take my money and was incredibly frustrating to deal with. He treated me with the utmost care, respect and respect quality work, and Im glad Ive found someone I can trust to take care of my teeth.

I had 4 crowns all of which were off color and badly done. One fell out after 4 months and then fell out again 7 months later. A second crown fell out after 16 months. A third crown fell out after 16 months. The fourth crown he did now has to be redone after only 2 years as it now has decay underneath. My son also had 2 filings that this dentist did also fall out after 2 years. I made an appointment to fix one of the fillings that came out and instead of fixing it he did a cleaning and did not fix the filing which was what the appointment was for. We had to pay each time to redo his shoddy work. During the 2 years i went to this practice he had 1 dental assistant who also ran the front desk and had to constantly bounce from patients to answer the phone. This dentist also does his own xrays and cleanings. That should tell you something about the lack of professional business practices. DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST!!!!!

My father (Dr. Joseph Wayne DeLucia) originally established his practice to serve the community of Jacksonville and the Beaches over 40 years ago. He started with one office located in Arlington to serve that area and Downtown and grew to a second location over 25 years ago to serve the Southside and Beaches areas. As a general dentistry office, we provide care to children patients starting as young as 1 year old and have patients that have been with us since our inception that are currently well into their 90s.
