DO NOT GO HERE! This is definitely an insurance scam office, There's no way this place is legit. Rusty tools, poor care. My mother-in-law was sent here by her insurance, she had to wait a very long time and the people here refused to let her take her meds even tho she has many chronic illnesses. She ended up having to take them an hour and a half late which caused her a ton of pain. Very cruel place and shouldn't be in business if they can't accommodate people's illnesses.

These people are the WORST dentist in Jacksonville FL. They don't help at all. The ladies at the front desk never get the things that need to be done unless your paying them cash money. With insurance they will give you the run around & will tell you your insurance won't pay for there service or the medicine that you need. They will lie to get more money out of you please stay on top of them

They NEVER answer the phone , have me on hold for over three hours four days in a row and then they hang up on you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cant get ahold of anyone they dont answer phone calls rude with customers cant get ahold of Manager never there no one gives information right !Manager needs to call me so I can report a front desk assistant or will be reporting both for not being available to do complaint against her for not doing her job right ,and for not updating there page saying they due periodontist when they dont Need manager to call me or email me or will be going down town to do report on Dentist office not attending customers right not updating office information !!!!!
