Vash is an amazing associate... a tender touch, a calm & pleasant voice giving answers to your questions! Dr.Frazier did excellent work, also great bedside manner... explained everything prior to starting, ensuring adequate nerve block and great technical skills. No fun getting bad news, they make it better by far! Thanks

Having to use a different email of mine so we can speak freely. What happened to integrity? When businesses get poor reviews, instead of fixing the issues, they try to force or strongly pursuade patients to leave a good review while in the office in their presence. Disgusted to be given a QR code during visit and told to fill out a survey. When a patient wants to come in for a cleaning and X-rays then do that! Stop the bait and switch - it's unprofessional, juvenile, and so pathetic. Stop wasting people's time with your lengthy crud of pictures and suggesting unnecessary procedures. Further, you bill the ins and then the patient pays the balance! Anyone who's trying to collect money from you upfront and charge for things that aren't done or tries to up the acuity is wrong and disgusting. For this, we are checking to see if they're registered with BBB, notifying ADA, and contacting Atty General's office. When did dentistry become such a scam? No wonder dental insurance max doesn't go up - because they know what things cost and if it was raised, practices like this would really take more advantage. Shame on you.
