        The state needs to investigate them. They are doing insurance scams. They charge me $35 for my one tooth to come out then when I asked to take out my other 12 they tried to charge me $5000 to my insurance where is $35 times 12 come to 5000 state please investigate these people they are scamming the insurance companies.
