Great Expressions Dental Centers - Merrill

I went in to see if I could get opinions for a cavity I had in my tooth young didn't know much first time to a dentist office I've never been too before and I expressed to them before hand how it was very important to me to try and save my tooth because of how young I am the women at the front of the office were great super nice and helpful but the dentist who came to assist me should've been taught how to better assist her patients first of all the lady did ONE x-ray and never even looked in my mouth and told me I only had two options...get my tooth pulled out or get a root canal so I asked her is there another option because as I stated I wanted to save my tooth I even stated I was in no pain and little to no issue with the cavity I just knew it needed to be tended to before it got worse she then looked me clear into my eyes and said these are you options and left the room so I left the office took me about a month but I sought out other dentistrys and found a holistic option and by the grace of the most high I was able to get my tooth filled and I've been great ever since if your looking for a cheap x-ray this is the place to go but as far as actually getting work done here it would be a BIG NO for me she wanted the easiest option for her and didn't care about what best suited my needs and I could've lost my tooth and been out of a lot of money listening to a lady who isn't properly educated in the field she works in do better

Casey was excellent!! I had a semi dental emergency and she was able to fit me in on short notice and kept me updated on any cancellations. The doc and staff we polite and personable. Very professional and friendly all throughout my experience!! Great team
