Dr. Guy L. Phillips, DDS

Dr. Phillips does good work but his front end staff is horrible. They gave me an appointment card but when I arrived they had forgotten to enter in computer. They corrected their mistake saying I would have to make another appointment. No customer service here.

Went to this office three times to get my teeth the teeth came back wrong twice never received my teeth lower I never received my upper but they charged me anyway on my insurance never to receive my teeth left messages no response just talked to them again maybe now I might get something not very happy it's been going since 5:17 21

The reason I even checked Yelp is because my 1st time talking to the appointment setter, she was very rude and after reading the reviews I am to mature to deal with rude people. She got frustrated because I couldn't make the 1st appt she gave me, gave me the next date and just about cut me off and said see you then. She didn't even give me a chance to check my Calendar. She just hung up. They are closed now and I am going to find another dentist to go to. No offense to the Dentist I have not met. I will not be going here.
