After experiencing tooth pain for >1 week, I googled emergency dental appoints near me and clicked on the Aspen Dental link. I was able to make an appointment to see Dr. Mia ~1.5 hours later and I was pleasantly surprised. Staff and providers alike were very courteous, pleasant and helpful. Additionally, I received the relief I needed due to Kristies (the hygienist) flexibility, patience, thorough and gentle care. Ill definitely be back for routine care as well as for any urgent needs.

Edit after several visits: Unfortunately, my previous 5 star review no longer applies. After several visits now, the Dr. and staff are still very friendly but the office is a mess and I will no longer come to this office. Scheduling appointments online or through the call service does not actually get you an appointment, apparently, something they should fix on their end but haven't. I've been in intense pain from a badly done procedure done at this office previously that I am now having to find new dentists to fix who I can actually schedule appointments with. Long and short: you have plenty of dental options, they'd all be better than Aspen. I get a lot of anxiety from dentist visits and have had some less-than-great dentist experience since I've lived in Jax. This office was wonderful - the entire staff is friendly, efficient and I am so happy with my visit. Dr. Mia was fantastic and took time to clearly explain things to me.
