Had so much fun in this class!! It's fantastic for the price you pay! Highly recommend for ladies night or a date night. Tonight's food was Nicaraguan!!

Publix Aprin cooking school was a secret trasure that I found on the internet. The chefs were amazing. What a night to celebrate my 55th birthday weekend. Mesquite wings were on point as well as the grilled sweet cornbread with blueberry sauce. Whatever the occasion, date night, birthday, anniversary, the Publix Apron cooking school has got you covered. Did I mention the wine? For every serving, wine was paired to wet the palate. That it did. I would love for a family get together or even a catering!

For the record, this is not a cooking class. This is a cooking demo where you get to eat the finished product. I brought my daughter, who at the time, was 11. The girls at the table next to us were clearly just in it for the wine. They were loud, obnoxious and one girl got so drunk she started throwing up at the table. The food was good, but the evening was disappointing.
