The worst. Received a text confirming a delivery date, no show. Then receive a text saying our product cannot be found. No one answers the phone, cant get a call back. About to drive to the warehouse and pick up my product myself!

Blue Streak strikes again. This is the 2nd time we have had issues with this company! Received notification from them of a bathtub delivery expected to our client's home between 1pm and 5pm, stating a signature would be required and driver would call 30 minutes prior to arrival. Client came home at 11:30am to find the bathtub delivered, completely blocking their front entry, with severe damage to the packaging. No call before delivery and no signature obtained (obviously). Blue Streak is now refusing to send a driver back out to either move the product, or pick up the delivery if the contents are damaged. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Totally frustrating. They have a delivery for me but still cant get a call to schedule after 4 attempts between myself and Averitt Express

Atrocious on every level. No call no show on my delivery appointment. Local hub is non responsive. Even the store in which I purchased the item from couldnt get a hold of them via phone or email. Had to send me a new product routed from a different carrier. The WORST. If you ever have a product route through them, dont waste your time. Immediately call the store and request from a different carrier.
