My daughter and I had a wonderful Labor Day weekend talking to our favorite makeup and stylist consultant "River"! She was absolutely AWESOME in give my teenage daughter advice and tips on every makeup products and other information. River is well diverse in her knowledge about EVERYTHING especially beauty industry. We enjoyed her extremely very much ..... So if you have a question about any cosmetic shade or skin care or skintone products please do not definitely hesitate to contact or asked her about anything! She is prime example of true customer service and beloved in all aspects in her work. Thank your River and we love Babydoll!

The male cashier was very rude. He made a very rude remark. Instead of asking why I returned the item in the first place, he decided to assume then make a rude comment later. Won't be shopping here ever again. Ulta customer service is terrible.

Do not bother scheduling an appointment here! They will call you 45 minutes before your appointment time and tell you um the girl thats um supposed to cut your hair is um busy, um with another um client. She um has to do um a keratin treatment and I dont know if you um know what that is. This was from a supposed manager I was speaking to on the phone. They couldnt have anyone else do a simple haircut they only wanted to reschedule me to next week. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. Never again.

This store is AMAZING!! I had probably the best experience in an Ulta ive ever had during my trip there on Monday. I dont know a lot about makeup but knew i needed a new foundation and the store associate King was so incredibly helpful, helped me stay on budget AND shade matched me! My makeup has never looked better and i feel so much more confident in my makeup now! Highly suggest the Ulta brand foundation for anyone looking for something thats full coverage but also doesnt look caked on!!
