        Had the most wonderful shopping experience. Soon as I walked in Necole greeted me and asked if I need assistance. Necole is excellent at her job and she exhibits "perfect" customer service skills and is genuine and it was such a pleasure to visit this store. Thank you, Necole

        i spent 50$ on ion hairdye and 2/4 tubes of hairdye had NO HAIR DYE??? there was no coloring just white cream(pause) and the other 2 tubes didnt even color my hair even though i left it in for over an hour. it smelt horrible and hurt my eyes so bad just off the fumes. this brand was reccomended by the store manager. very dissapointed will not be coming back.
