        Im Always missing items on my Uber eats order and can never get anyone to answer the phone up there to get a refund . Im NEVER refunded . Ill be launching an investigation with the FTC this HAS TO STOP !

        Coffee machines consistently are out of order of 85% of options and an employee taunted me loudly and proudly over my wearing an opposing college team's gear. And I was just existing. This station is unprofessional and unkept.

        The new Indian owners are incredibly cheap. I got an 89 cent big gulp and it was flat (the soda water needed changing in the fountain). I walked in to replace the drink letting the owner know, first he grilled me like I was stealing something, then he looked at me and said emphatically and rudely, "No way, you buy another drink!" Another kind man bought the drink for me so there wasn't an issue. This store and this type of ownership is the kind of second class racist treatment that the north side doesn't need. This is the kind of racism they that got George Floyd killed ; accusations of theft perpetrated by people who simply don't trust us, but want our business. But will calmly sit by while we get murdered in the street. Don't shop here. Don't promote this kind of racism in the north side.
