        Really happy with the service that I received on the installation of 15 of my home windows. Ronnie did an excellent job explaining how the process would go, and the team was led by Daniel who ensured that we were happy with the process. Really pleased with the service!

        Clown show Trying to deal with them to get an order in. Was horrible phone tag for a couple of weeks. Guy comes out. Measures gets the order screwed up. I finally had to go In to get the order placed, they keep telling me they are giving me the windows at their cost as if I'm stupid. I bought windows from them before at retail. And the price was exactly the same. So unless the crossword weigh up and they're buying retail. Then I don't get what you're saying. Anyway, I would pass if I were you?

      Mr. Stevens, sorry for your unpleasant experience. Our service department manager had moved away and we had yet to get a replacement that explains the phone tag. Our service tech thought you were replacing both damaged windows not just the glass on one so the confusion. You yourself came in and gave me the wrong window size for the glass but called me immediately after you got home with the correct size. The order came to almost $1300.00 and we only charged 629.00 including tax and I took off the delivery charge. The glass that was broken on delivery will be replaced no charge and delivered no charge. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope we resolved your issues.
